First Baptist Church has a passion for reaching teens with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Associate Pastor Mark Current oversees a growing group of adult volunteers who are committed to sharing Jesus Christ with teens and instructing them in the Christian life.

Sunday's offer a blended worship experience (8:30 & 10:40), meant to reach people of all ages. The Sunday school department is staff with teachers who are sensitive to the daily challenges and struggles faced by teens and eager to help them build a strong Christian foundation for their life. Classes are offered for teens of all ages and begin at 9:40.

Wednesday nights feature a vibrant and excting youth program for area teens. Warriors for Christ - Junior is for teens in grades 7 & 8. Warriors for Christ - Senior is for teens in grades 9-12. WFC meetings begin each Wednesday night at 6:45 (September - November; January - May).

Throughout the year lots of special activities are planned for the teens. Ski trips, Youth Convention, ICHTHUS Music Festival, mission trips, Kings Island Amusement Park, lock-ins, and etc.

First Baptist Church is a major supporter of the New Directions Youth Ministry Program.
